Østlandsforskning is an externally funded institute organized under Innlandet Business School, at Innlandet University College.
The head of institure is Tonje Lauritzen. She has a PhD in Sociology from Norwegian university of science and technology and her research includes evaluations and follow-up evaluations in the public sector and projects with perspectives such as gender, gender equality, children and young people and diversity in organizations.
